Standard Features CM series

Motor of 5 or 7.5 hp, driving a pressure compensated hydraulic pump wich
moves two double acting pumps that reach 140 and 245 bar of working pressure.
Piston metering pumps: The CM series are equipped with fixed ratio. Positive
displacement double acting piston pumps.
Overpressure Protection: When a overpressure situation occurs, overpressure
safety switches on each pump, deactivate the hy-draulic motor.
Primary heaters: Each of the 6,000 Watt pre-heaters instantly warms the
material to the desired temperature.

Guns: Spraying and pouring -guns in a wide range are available.
Automatic temperature control: The machines are equipped with automatic
systems that control the working temperature. These systems maintain stable
temperature of the chemicals to within ± 2 °C.
Self flushing packings: The pump shaft is bathed in a lubricating rinse to protect
it from hardened isocyanate. This extends the life of the pump seal and reduces maintenance.
Pump retract positions the isocyanate piston within the cylinder to prevent
crystalisation and provide longer pump-packing life.
Circuit breakers protect electrical circuit of the machine against overload.
Externally accessible valves. Remote pump bases allow for easy pump
maintenance and serviceable valves.
In-line filters protect valves and gun component from contamina-tion or solid
paticles in the chemicals.
Material supply valves allow quick opening/closing of the material supply.
